The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, offering easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms are clean and modern, with great views from the luxury apartments on the upper floors. the bathrooms are also renovated and well-maintained. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, piano bar with a cozy fireplace, and a cocktail bar with attentive service.
The service provided by the staff, especially the hotel manager, was found to be lacking.

Stayed for 3 nights in a luxury apartment with incredible, panoramic views. The hotel is clean and has a modern look. The location is great, within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The hotel's restaurant is excellent and the piano bar is perfect for relaxing with a drink.
There is poor customer service, especially from the hotel manager. Breakfast was unsatisfactory with flies around the food which didn't seem fresh.

Celebrated the New Year at this hotel and loved the spacious and modern rooms with beautiful scenic views. the staff provided great service throughout our stay and the location was ideal, close to many restaurants and attractions. loved the added convenience of having a little shop within the hotel.
The breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety. the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was also inconvenient and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was a bit dated.
